Shree Bardai Brahmin Samaj, Mumbai along with Sakhi Group is organizing a Get-Together and Annual General Meeting on the auspicious occasion of Balev festival. The event will be held on Sunday, 10th August 2025 at the above-mentioned venue and time.
You and your family are warmly invited to be part of this special event. If you have any relatives visiting from within India or abroad, we encourage you to bring them along as well.

Important Notes:

Students of our community who have passed in the academic year 2024–25 (from Std. 1 to 12, Diploma Final Year, and Degree Final Year) are requested to send a certified copy of their results to a Samaj representative or by email by 2nd August 2025.

The society’s accounts for the financial year 2024–25 will be presented for approval during the general meeting.

Program Schedule:

🕓 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Welcome, Prayer, Tea & Snacks
🕟 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Talent Hunt Show, Prize Distribution, and Felicitation
🕖 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Annual General Meeting (Presentation of Accounts)
🕗 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Dinner
🕘 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Farewell
